These nests are made for small pets that benefit from a dedicated place to nest, rest, or show natural nesting behavior. For birds, the design is intended to encourage nesting and breeding behavior; it can also provide warmth for small pets. The straw construction gives the nest a natural material rather than a manufactured plastic surface.

What are the Orgrimmar straw nests designed to do?

They provide a nest space for breeding and nesting behavior, particularly for birds. The bowl shape gives pets a defined area to settle in, and the straw can also be used for beak and claw activity.

• Designed to support natural nesting behavior in birds.
• Suitable for crushing and working at with beaks and claws.
• May also be used as an artificial nest for craft projects.

Which pets can use these nests?

They are suitable for birds and a variety of small furry animals. Bird examples include macaws, African grey parrots, and budgies; small-animal examples include rats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, and chinchillas.

• For birds and other similar bird types.
• Also intended for small furry pets, including rodents and rabbits.

What are the size and construction?

Each nest is a round bowl woven by hand from natural straw, with a flat base and an approximate 8.3-inch (21 cm) diameter. The stated size is approximate, and small differences can occur with manual measurement.

• Material: natural straw.
• Shape: round bowl with a flat base.
• Reusable construction; slight appearance differences may occur under different lighting.

These Orgrimmar nests suit bird owners seeking a natural space for nesting or breeding behavior, as well as people providing a nesting area for small furry pets. Their woven straw construction, flat base, and round-bowl form make them a practical fit for small-animal nesting needs rather than a general-purpose pet bed.
