Delivery and returns

Delivery

Delivery to any UK address is free, tracked and has no minimum spend. We prepare your order in 1–3 working days, and most addresses receive it 3–7 working days after dispatch. Parts of the Highlands, the Scottish islands and Northern Ireland can take a little longer.

Returns

For any reason within 30 days of delivery, unused items can come back using a prepaid label that we email to you. Your refund follows within 10 working days of the parcel reaching us. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 separately give you 14 days to cancel.
