How much does delivery cost on reptile supplies?

Nothing. Delivery to any UK address is free, however small the order. We prepare orders within 1–3 working days; after that, most parcels reach you within 3–7 working days, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as yours is on its way. Some Highlands and island postcodes and Northern Ireland can take a little longer.

What if a reptile item is not right?

Send it back within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging. We email a prepaid label so the return costs you nothing, and the money goes back to the way you paid no later than 10 working days after the parcel reaches us.
