About ArdentPets

Devoted to well-loved pets, with free UK delivery and free 30-day returns.

ArdentPets is an online shop for people who share their homes with animals of every shape and size. Alongside everyday essentials for dogs and cats, we give proper space to the corners of pet keeping that are easy to overlook: aquariums and bowls for fish, homes for hamsters, gerbils and ferrets, hutches for rabbits and guinea pigs, and kit for birds and reptiles.

What we care about

  • Clear information. Measurements, materials and care instructions you can rely on before you buy.
  • Practical guidance. The ArdentPets Journal covers the set-up and comfort side of pet keeping in plain language. Health questions belong with a vet.
  • Straightforward service. Free delivery to every UK address, free returns within 30 days and email replies within one working day.

What we do not sell

We do not sell live animals or fish, and we do not sell medicines. Our How we choose page explains what we look for in the products we do stock.

Questions and suggestions are always welcome at support@ardentpets.co.uk.
