Birds need a sheltered place to rest, sleep and explore nesting behaviors. This box is made for small birds and for owners who want to observe the nesting and hatching process while avoiding repeated lid openings. Its perch and nest space support everyday resting as well as breeding use.

What birds is the Tfwadmx nesting box suitable for?

The box is intended for small parrots and other small birds, including cockatiels, lovebirds, finches, parakeets, hummingbirds and conures. It provides a place to mate, incubate eggs, raise young, rest, sleep, relax and play. Birds can also use it to practice nesting skills and express natural breeding behaviors.

• Entrance opening: 2.2 inches (5.6 cm) across.
• Suitable for nesting, egg incubation and raising young.
• A mattress can be placed inside to make the nesting area more comfortable.

How can I observe the birds inside?

The transparent acrylic section lets you view the inside of the nesting box without repeatedly opening it. This makes it easier to watch nesting, hatching and newborn birds while minimizing disturbance from lifting the lid. The bark-texture design gives the box a natural appearance, and the pine construction is described as cool in summer and warm in winter for use across seasons.

• Clear interior view for observing birds and young.
• Sanded edges are finished without burrs or barbs.
• The box includes a perch.

How does the box attach to a cage, and how do I clean it?

Fasten the nesting box to the cage with its bolts, washers and wing nuts, mounting it inside or outside to use cage space as needed. The hinged lid opens and closes for access to the interior, making it easier to clean and change bird bedding.

• Mounting position: inside or outside the cage.
• Hinged top opens for interior access.
• Metal entrance ring helps resist chewing at the opening.

The Tfwadmx nesting box suits owners of small birds who want a dedicated resting and breeding space and a way to observe nesting without repeatedly opening the lid. Its pine-and-acrylic construction, cage-mounting hardware and hinged access make it a practical fit for nesting and routine cleaning.
