Description
xNecoichi’s indoor cat scratching post provides a dedicated place to scratch and relax, with spacious paper rope and replaceable scratching posts.
- Plant-based adhesives contain no chemicals — used with your cat’s safety in mind.
- Dense, fine-grain cardboard — designed to reduce scratching waste and provide a comfortable scratching experience.
- Paper rope lasts longer than materials such as sisal rope — giving cats a long-lasting scratching surface.
- Wood-panel design — brings a home-furnishing look to a cat’s scratching area.
- Sturdy, stable construction — gives cats a steady place to scratch or settle.
Indoor cats need an appropriate place to scratch, and this post gives that behavior a dedicated spot. Its spacious rope surface is designed to encourage good scratching habits and help protect furniture from claw damage, reducing unwanted scratching on other household objects. The post is made for scratching as well as relaxing, so it suits a home looking for a single cat-focused feature for both activities.
How tall is the Necoichi scratching post?
The post is 23.6 inches (59.9 cm) tall and comes in the Regular size in Dark Cherry. Its height gives the scratching structure a clear vertical profile, while the product’s design also includes a hanging feature.
- Variant: Regular
- Colour: Dark Cherry
What makes this post suitable for everyday scratching?
The spacious paper-rope scratching area is designed to encourage appropriate scratching habits. Scratching gives cats a designated surface and can help redirect clawing away from furniture and other household objects. The post is also designed as a place where a cat can relax after scratching.
- Designed for indoor cats
- Provides a dedicated scratching area
Can the scratching area be replaced?
Yes. Necoichi designs the scratching post with replaceable scratching posts and a replaceable scratching pad, so the scratching area can be renewed. The scratching surface uses paper rope, and the product description also identifies dense, fine-grain cardboard as part of its construction.
- Replaceable scratching posts
- Replaceable scratching pad
This Necoichi post is suited to indoor cat owners who want a dedicated scratching spot with a home-conscious wood-panel design, a hanging feature, and replaceable scratching areas. Its 23.6-inch height, paper-rope surface, and replaceable components make it a defined scratching and relaxation space for cats rather than a general-purpose household furnishing.
