The Mcage Easy Portable Metal Parrot Bird Carrier Cage is a temporary cage for short trips and veterinary visits, with a 20 x 12 x 16-inch frame and 3/4-inch bar spacing.

• Made for short-term travel and vet visits — gives your parrot a temporary enclosed space away from its usual cage.
• Strong metal wire construction — designed to resist a parrot bending or breaking through the bars with its beak.
• Folds flat for storage — makes the cage easier to put away between trips.
• Side access door — lets a bird walk directly into the cage.
• Includes two stainless steel feeding dishes with adjustable holders and one natural wooden perch — provides places for food and perching during use.

Transporting a parrot to an appointment or taking a short trip calls for a secure temporary enclosure that is easier to handle than a full-time home setup. This Mcage carrier is designed for those brief outings, with access and clean-out features suited to getting the cage ready before and after use. Its purpose is temporary transport, rather than serving as the bird’s permanent living cage.

What size is the Mcage parrot carrier, and how far apart are the bars?

The cage measures 20 x 12 x 16 inches high (50.8 x 30.5 x 40.6 cm) and has 3/4-inch (1.9 cm) bar spacing. These measurements help you compare the carrier’s footprint and spacing with your bird’s needs before choosing it.

• Overall dimensions: 20 inches long by 12 inches wide by 16 inches high.
• Bar spacing: 3/4 inch.

What is included, and how does a parrot enter the cage?

The Mcage carrier includes two stainless steel feeding dishes, adjustable cage holders for the dishes, and one natural wooden stand perch. A side access door allows the bird to walk into the cage directly, which can make loading for a short outing more straightforward.

• Feeding setup: two stainless steel dishes with adjustable holders.
• Perching setup: one natural wooden stand perch.

How do the cleaning and storage features work?

The Mcage cage has a removable raised grate and a pull-out bottom tray for cleaning, and the cage folds flat when it is time to store it. The separate removable parts provide access to the cage base for waste removal after travel or an appointment.
