HOPET Dog Licking Mats, 2-Pack Silicone Slow Feeder with Cage Knob

HOPET Licking Mats are a two-piece slow-feeding and enrichment set for dogs and cats, made from food-grade TPR silicone with textured licking surfaces and a detachable cage knob.

• Grooves and textured areas slow eating and extend licking time — a simple way to make feeding last longer.
• Food-grade TPR silicone — provides a surface for lickable foods such as peanut butter or yogurt.
• Detachable knob design — lets you use a mat on the floor or attach it for cage use.
• Freezer-safe and dishwasher-safe — supports frozen-food use and easier cleanup.
• Measures 7.24 x 7.48 x 1.54 inches (18.39 x 19.00 x 3.91 cm) and has 8 non-slip pads — sized for food space and grip on smooth floors.

For pets that eat quickly or need something engaging during everyday care, a lick mat turns a small serving of suitable food into a longer licking activity. HOPET mats are intended for use at home, in a crate, or during grooming routines such as bathing and nail trimming, as well as training and travel.

How does the HOPET mat help slow feeding and keep pets occupied?

The grooves slow eating, while the granular texture encourages pets to lick across the surface. The design can extend feeding time and offers an activity when a pet is alone, confined, or occupied with a care routine. Licking is also intended to help soothe pets by promoting endorphin release.

• Suitable for dogs and cats of all ages.
• The textured surface is designed to clean the tongue and promote oral hygiene.
• Peanut butter and yogurt are examples of foods used with the mats.

Can HOPET Licking Mats be used in a crate or on the floor?

Yes. The detachable knob design supports cage use, and the mat can also be used on the ground with the knob detached. The mats fit most cages; for use on a smooth floor, 8 non-slip pads help keep the mat stable.

• Use during time in a cage or while traveling.
• The floor setup is designed for flat, smooth surfaces.

How do you use and clean the HOPET lick mats?

Spread a suitable lickable food over the textured surface, or freeze a thinner food such as yogurt before serving. Freezing can prolong licking time and provide a cooling activity for a dog in hot summer weather. The mats are freezer-safe and dishwasher-safe, and are described as easy to clean.

• Made from food-grade TPR silicone.
• Dishwasher-safe construction makes cleanup straightforward.

HOPET Licking Mats suit pet owners looking for a reusable way to occupy dogs or cats during feeding, crate time, travel, training, or grooming. The two-mat set combines textured slow-feeding surfaces with a detachable cage-use design and floor-gripping pads.
