The GREGCE Bird Backpack Carrier is a portable travel cage for small parrots, measuring 12.9 x 10.4 x 16.1 inches (32.8 x 26.4 x 40.9 cm) with 304 stainless-steel mesh on both sides for ventilation.

• Built-in perch and water cup — gives your bird a place to perch and access to a cup while travelling.
• Height-adjustable perch — lets you adjust the perch for birds of different sizes.
• Bottom opening with a zipper — provides access to the tray for cleaning without removing the bird or dismantling the perch.
• Adjustable shoulder straps — let you adjust how the backpack sits when carrying it.
• Roll-up sunshade — can be lowered for cover or rolled up for more ventilation and a clearer view of your bird.

Carrying a bird outside its usual space calls for a carrier that combines a travel-cage format with ventilation and practical access for care. This backpack is designed for trips with small parrots and similarly sized birds. Its side mesh allows airflow, while the adjustable perch, water cup and roll-up shade provide useful features within the carrier.

Which birds fit in the GREGCE Bird Backpack Carrier?

The carrier is intended for small parrots and medium-small birds with a body length under 10 inches (25.4 cm). Suitable examples include cockatiels, conures, Quakers, caciques, mini macaws, parakeets, small cockatoos and lories, as well as birds of a similar size. Compare your bird’s body length with this limit and the carrier’s dimensions before choosing it.

• Carrier dimensions: 12.9 x 10.4 x 16.1 inches (32.8 x 26.4 x 40.9 cm).
• Both sides have scratch-resistant 304 stainless-steel mesh for ventilation; the mesh is designed to resist chewing through.

How do you clean the carrier tray?

Open the zipper at the bottom to reach the tray for cleaning. This access is designed to let you clean without taking the bird out or dismantling the perch, making routine cleanup more straightforward during use.

• The cleaning opening is at the bottom of the carrier.
• The perch can remain assembled while you access the tray.

How do the perch and sunshade adjust?

The built-in perch adjusts in height, and the sunshade rolls up or down to change the carrier’s cover and visibility. Lower the shade for cover; roll it up for more ventilation and an unobstructed view of your bird during the trip.

• A water cup is built into the carrier.
• Shoulder straps are adjustable for carrying.

The GREGCE Bird Backpack Carrier suits people travelling with small parrots that fall within its stated size range and who value access to the tray without removing the bird. Its measured cage size, side ventilation, adjustable perch and roll-up shade make it a travel carrier for appropriately sized birds rather than a fit for birds beyond the stated body-length limit.
