Filhome Bird Perch Set, 7-Piece Natural Wood Cage Accessories with Five Perching Styles

Filhome’s 7-piece natural wood bird perch set adds varied perching, resting and activity options to a bird cage, with grapevine and prickly ash wood pieces.

• Seven cage accessories in five forms — gives birds different places to perch, rest and explore.
• Natural wood with no paint or chemical odor — offers an untreated surface for everyday cage use.
• Rough perch surfaces — help birds grip and exercise their feet.
• Built-in bolts and wing nuts — attach the pieces to a cage without extra installation tools.
• Perches can be chewed — supports birds’ natural chewing activity.

Birds benefit from having more than one place to perch and pause within their cage. This set combines branches, platforms and a hanging piece to create a range of activity and resting spots. Its natural materials and varied shapes make it an option for bird owners looking to add perching opportunities and chewing activity to a cage setup.

What comes in the Filhome bird perch set?

The set contains two Y-shaped natural grapevine branches, two prickly ash wood perches, one hanging hammock swing, one round platform and one square platform. Together, these five forms provide different kinds of places for birds to stand, rest or move between. Branches offer an irregular shape, while the platforms provide defined standing areas; the hanging piece adds another type of perch to the arrangement.

Because the branches are made from natural wood, their shapes can vary from one set to another. This means the exact outline of each branch is individual, while the set’s stated components remain the same.

• Two Y-shaped natural grapevine branches.
• Two prickly ash wood perches.
• One hanging hammock swing, one round platform and one square platform.

How do the perches attach to a bird cage?

Each perch and platform attaches to the cage with built-in bolts and wing nuts, so installation does not require additional tools. Fasten the pieces to the cage at the positions you choose to give your bird extra perching and activity space. The hardware is part of the set, making it possible to secure the accessories directly rather than assembling a separate stand.

The mix of branches, platforms and a hanging accessory lets you arrange several types of perching spots inside the cage. As you position them, allow room for the bird to use each piece and move around the cage. The supplied attachment method is intended for cage mounting; no separate installation equipment is needed.

• Built-in bolts and wing nuts are used for attachment.
• No additional installation tools are required.

How do the wood surfaces support bird activity?

The perch surfaces are rough, giving birds a grip that is less prone to slipping and providing foot exercise as they perch. The wood can also be chewed, making the pieces useful for birds’ natural chewing needs as well as perching. The set is made without paint or chemical odor, and the wood is presented in its natural form.

Perching, chewing and exploring different shapes add activity to a bird’s cage environment. The set is designed to meet those preferences and to help address boredom-related needs; the product features also describe chewing activity as a way to help reduce aggression and loneliness. These are intended benefits, not guaranteed outcomes for every bird.

• Rough surfaces support grip and foot exercise.
• Chewable wood provides an outlet for natural chewing behavior.
• Natural branch shapes may differ between individual sets.

Which birds is the Filhome perch set designed for?

The set is suitable for most types of birds, including budgerigars, cockatiels, parakeets, macaws and canaries. Its range of branches, platforms and a hanging piece provides different perching and resting options for these birds. The natural wood components also offer chewable surfaces for birds that use their beaks to explore their surroundings.

Because the natural branches vary in shape, the precise arrangement and outlines will not be identical in every set. The product is intended as a collection of cage accessories, with the included bolts and wing nuts used to attach the pieces to a cage.

• Examples of suitable birds include budgerigars, cockatiels and parakeets.
• Macaws and canaries are also among the bird types named for the set.

Filhome’s perch set suits bird owners who want to add multiple perching forms, resting spots and chewable wood to a cage for a range of bird types. Its five accessory forms combine natural wood perches, platforms and a hanging piece, with built-in hardware for cage attachment.
