CleverTail Dog Metal Muzzle is a large-breed basket muzzle for managing barking, biting and scavenging, with a smooth steel cage and adjustable genuine leather straps.

• Basket-style steel cage — helps limit biting while allowing your dog to breathe and drink.
• Fit target of 15 inches (38.1 cm) in snout circumference and about 3¼ inches (about 8.3 cm) in length — use these measurements to assess fit.
• Genuine leather straps adjust around your dog’s head — help keep the muzzle securely in place.
• Designed for large breeds — includes Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, Mastiffs, American Bullies, Presa Canarios, African Boerboels, Labradors and Bulldogs.
• For grooming, nail trimming, training and vet visits — supports handling in these situations.
• Can help prevent a dog from eating garbage — useful during outings where scavenging is a concern.

Large dogs may need a muzzle for controlled handling, training or preventing unwanted biting and scavenging. This cage-style design is made for practical situations such as nail care, grooming appointments and visits to the veterinarian, while leaving room for breathing and drinking water.

How do I choose the right fit for my dog?

Compare your dog’s snout with the muzzle’s fit guidance: aim for a 15-inch circumference and a length of about 3¼ inches. Measuring before purchase helps you assess whether this large muzzle is suited to your dog’s muzzle shape and size.

• Measure the snout circumference and length before choosing this muzzle.
• The stated fit guidance is intended to help achieve a comfortable, secure fit.

What materials and fastening does the muzzle use?

The muzzle combines a steel cage with genuine leather straps. The steel is smooth, and the leather straps are adjustable to help the muzzle stay in place; they are designed so a dog cannot easily remove it.

• Handcrafted construction pairs genuine leather and steel.
• Adjustable straps let you adapt the fastening around your dog’s head.

What can my dog do while wearing this muzzle, and which breeds is it for?

The basket design allows a dog to breathe and drink water, and is intended for large breeds including Rottweilers, Cane Corsos, Mastiffs, American Bullies, Presa Canarios, African Boerboels, Labradors and Bulldogs.

• Use it during nail trimming, training, grooming or veterinary visits.
• Its stated uses also include managing barking and biting and discouraging garbage eating.

CleverTail Dog Metal Muzzle is suited to owners of large dogs who want a cage-style muzzle for handling, training or managing scavenging, with an adjustable leather fit and room for breathing and drinking.
