Wound licking can be difficult to manage during recovery and everyday care. This soft cone is designed to create a barrier while pets eat, drink and play, without needing to be removed for those daily activities. Its intended uses also include hot spots, grooming and nail trimming, making it suitable for more than post-surgery routines.

Can pets eat, drink and move around while wearing the cone?

Yes. Avont Soft Cat Cone is designed to help keep pets from licking wounds while allowing normal eating, drinking and play. Pets can also sleep and move freely while wearing it, so the collar can remain on during ordinary routines. The soft form can serve as a pillow and is designed to help pets rest without bumping into furniture.

• Made for recovery and daily wear.
• Suitable for use around hot spots, during grooming and for nail trimming.
• Its soft colors can also work as a pet accessory or festive decoration.

How does the adjustable fit work, and which pets is it for?

The collar adjusts with a drawstring and cord clamp, and the range comes in S, M and L for cats, small dogs and rabbits. This product is the L size in grayishblue. The adjustment lets you set the collar around your pet rather than relying on a fixed opening.

• Drawstring closure with a cord clamp.
• L size, grayishblue color.

How do you clean the cone and restore its shape?

Avont Soft Cat Cone is machine washable and should be air dried. It arrives compressed, so gently shake and fluff it after opening; allow up to 48 hours for the soft, natural shape to return. The waterproof PP cotton construction is breathable, ultra-soft and lightweight, without hard plastic.

• Machine wash, then air dry.
• Shake and fluff after opening the compressed item.

This collar suits caregivers looking for a soft, adjustable licking barrier for cats and other small pets during recovery or routine care. Its wearable design supports everyday movement and rest while helping keep pets from licking wounds.
