A crate can provide a designated place for a puppy’s training and everyday rest at home. Alpen’s single-door configuration suits layouts where one access point works best, while the fold-flat frame can be put away when the crate is not in use. Its handle also supports short-distance carrying for situations such as a trip to the vet or an outdoor outing.

What is the Alpen crate designed for?

Alpen’s dog crate is made for puppy training and daily rest in a contained space. Its metal wire structure has smooth, rounded edges without sharp corners, designed to help avoid scratches and bumps. An anti-rust electroplated finish and wear-resistant construction support use indoors or outdoors.

The door uses a sliding bolt lock to help keep a pet securely inside. The selected configuration has one door, providing a single access point for the crate.

• Metal wire frame with an anti-rust electroplated structure.
• Rounded edges designed without sharp corners.
• Sliding bolt door lock.

How does the removable tray make cleanup easier?

The crate includes a removable plastic tray with a deep lip to catch urine and food residue. Slide the tray out for rinsing, then return it to the crate; the tray is designed to resist staining and absorbing odors.

This removable base makes it easier to clean the area beneath the dog without taking apart the frame. The deep-lip edge helps contain mess within the tray, supporting a more hygienic resting area between cleanups.

• Plastic tray removes from the crate for rinsing.
• Deep-lip edge helps contain urine and food residue.
• Tray is designed not to stain easily or absorb odors.

Can the crate be folded or adjusted as a puppy grows?

Yes. The crate folds flat without tools, and an integrated handle supports carrying it short distances. When it is not in use, the folded frame can be stored in a narrow gap.

A matching divider panel is an optional add-on for most crate sizes. It separates the interior into independent resting and activity areas, allowing the usable space to be adjusted as a puppy grows. The panel can also divide the crate for two pets of different sizes.

• Tool-free assembly and quick folding.
• Built-in handle for short-distance travel, including vet visits and outdoor trips.
• Optional divider creates separate areas or separates two differently sized pets.

This Alpen crate is suited to shoppers looking for a single-door metal enclosure for puppy training or daily rest, with a removable tray and a frame that folds away when unused. Its 18-inch size is the defining size in this product title, while the optional divider adds a way to separate interior space. It brings together a single-door layout, a cleanable tray and a fold-flat metal frame for a puppy’s contained resting and training area.
