Nothing. Delivery to any UK address is free, however small the order. We prepare orders within 1–3 working days; after that, most parcels reach you within 3–7 working days, and a tracking link is emailed as soon as yours is on its way. Some Highlands and island postcodes and Northern Ireland can take a little longer.

Can I send back a Weruva item?

If it is still sealed, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery with a free prepaid label and no reason needed. Because of hygiene, food or treats that have been opened come back only if faulty or not as described. The money goes back to the way you paid no later than 10 working days after the parcel reaches us.
