The Tafit Super-Silent Hamster Exercise Wheel is an adjustable running wheel for small pets, with a 10.2-inch (26 cm) inner diameter and a 3.5-inch (9 cm) wide runway.

• 10.2-inch inner diameter and wide runway — supports a straight-back running position.
• Designed for Syrian hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats and similar small pets — accommodates a range of small-pet homes.
• High-precision bearings — support smooth, quiet wheel movement.
• Textured runway with non-slip ridges and smooth edges — provides grip and a comfortable running surface.
• Adjustable stand and wide base — lets you adapt the wheel to cage or bedding height.

Active small pets need room to run, while a noisy or poorly sized wheel can be disruptive in a home. Tafit’s wheel pairs a roomy running surface with quiet-running bearings and an adjustable stand, making it suitable for small-pet enclosures where the wheel needs to sit on a platform or another stable surface.

Will this wheel suit my pet and support a comfortable running posture?

Its 10.2-inch (26 cm) inner diameter and 3.5-inch (9 cm) runway are designed for Syrian hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats and similar small pets. The wheel’s size is intended to let pets run with a straight back and avoid spinal bending.

• Suitable for a range of small-pet species.
• The broad runway provides space for a straight running position.

How quiet and secure is the running surface?

High-precision bearings help the wheel run smoothly and quietly while reducing noise and supporting stability. The runway has non-slip ridges to increase friction and help prevent a pet from slipping as it runs.

• The runway surface is textured and soft to the touch.
• Smooth edges are designed to avoid hurting your pet.

Can I adjust the height and set it up in my enclosure?

Yes. Adjust the wheel’s height from 11 inches (28 cm) to 14.2 inches (36 cm) to suit cage or bedding height. Its stable base can stand on a platform or another surface, and installation involves tightening the components without a complex procedure.

• The base measures 5.5 inches (14 cm) by 8.7 inches (22 cm).
• Compare the adjustable height with your enclosure setup when choosing a position.

What are the wheel and base made of, and which knob will I receive?

The running tray is made of ABS and is described as chew-resistant. The one-piece molded base has curved corners and an added-thickness design for stability and durability. The wheel comes in multiple colors, and its knob may be round or flower-shaped.

• Both knob styles have the same function and quality; the appearance differs.
• One knob style is selected at random based on stock.

This wheel is suited to small-pet owners looking for a roomy, height-adjustable running wheel with a textured grip surface and quiet-running bearings. It is designed for small pets such as hamsters, gerbils, mice and rats, with a base intended for stable placement in an enclosure.
