Sparky Pet Co Surefit 1-Inch Dog E-Collar Replacement Strap, Waterproof Biothane

Sparky Pet Co Surefit is a flexible 1-inch bungee replacement strap for compatible dog e-collar receivers, designed to maintain receiver contact without overtightening your dog’s neck.

• Bungee construction — helps keep the receiver in contact while avoiding an overtightened fit.
• Waterproof Biothane material — wipes clean after outdoor use and stays flexible in cold weather.
• For 1-inch receivers — verified for selected Garmin, Dogtra, SportDOG, and Educator models.
• 12.5–22-inch neck fit — measure your dog with the receiver attached to choose the right size.
• Solid, camouflage, and reflective patterns — choose a look that suits your dog’s gear.

When a factory e-collar strap needs replacing, the strap still needs to hold the receiver in contact with your dog without relying on excessive tightness. Surefit combines a flexible bungee section with its signature Nexus Wheel Lock for that purpose. It is intended for compatible 1-inch receiver devices, including outdoor training setups, and its wipe-clean material is practical after time outside.

Which e-collar receivers fit the Surefit strap?

The Surefit strap fits selected e-collar receivers with a 1-inch strap width. Compatibility includes Garmin Astro T5/T5X, Alpha TT15/TT15X, Alpha TT25/T20, Astro TT10/DC50 (legacy), and original PRO 550; Dogtra ARC/ARC Handsfree, Edge/Edge RT, original 1900S, 2300 NCP, 2500 T&B, 3500 NCP/3500 T&B, Pathfinder 1/2, 7000M/7100H; SportDOG SportHunter 1200/1800, UplandHunter 1850, WetlandHunter 2000, ProHunter 2400, HoundHunter 3200, TEK 1.5/2.0, Contain + Train, and FieldSentinel; and Educator ET-800/802 The Boss, UL-1200/1202 Upland, FE-580 Fence Educator, PG-1200, and RX-120/150.

• Receiver attachment uses a Phillips head screwdriver and takes under 60 seconds.
• It is not compatible with 3/4-inch devices, including most Dogtra collars, Educator Mini, and 3/4-inch Garmin models.

How should I check the fit on my dog?

With the receiver attached, Surefit fits neck circumferences from 12.5 inches (31.75 cm) to 22 inches (55.88 cm). Measure your dog’s neck in that configuration before choosing this strap; the minimum fit is 12.5 inches. Dogs with necks under 12.5 inches are better suited to the Small Neck Surefit.

• The listed neck range applies with the receiver attached.
• Surefit is not recommended for tie-out use.

What is the strap made from, and how do I clean it?

Surefit is made with authentic Biothane brand material: coated polyester webbing sourced directly from a licensed distributor. The waterproof, shock-resistant material can be wiped clean, does not absorb odor like nylon OEM straps, and remains flexible in cold weather. It is built to outlast standard factory replacement straps.

• Wipe-down cleaning suits outdoor use.
• The strap is available in solid colors, camouflage, and reflective patterns.

How does the bungee design differ from other strap styles?

Surefit uses a flexible bungee design and a Nexus Wheel Lock, while the Apollo line is a rigid, non-bungee strap with a traditional double buckle. For buyers seeking a heavy-duty 1-inch reflective strap for hunting or tracking, Sparky Pet Co also offers the High Flex line.

• Surefit’s bungee design is intended to maintain receiver contact without overtightening.
• Pattern options include reflective styles as well as solid colors and camouflage.

Surefit is suited to dog owners replacing a strap on a compatible 1-inch receiver who want a flexible fit and wipe-clean material for outdoor use. Its neck range, receiver-width requirement, and specific device compatibility make it a fit-dependent replacement rather than a universal strap. It is made for compatible e-collar receivers, not tie-out use.
