RUFF LIFE 101 Expandable Pet Carrier on Wheels, Grey, Two-Sided Design

RUFF LIFE 101 is a soft-lined travel carrier for dogs and cats, measuring 18 x 11 x 11 inches (45.72 x 27.94 x 27.94 cm) for portable pet transport.

• Expands from both side walls — gives your pet more room to turn around and stretch out.
• Wire support in the expandable sides — helps the carrier hold its shape when open.
• Removable 360-degree wheels and a retractable trolley handle — let you roll the carrier or detach it from the wheel platform.
• Mesh panels and roof ventilation — allow air to circulate through the carrier.
• Removable faux-fleece bedding — provides a soft resting surface that can be taken out.

For journeys when carrying a pet by hand is inconvenient, this carrier combines a soft-sided bag with a rolling trolley. Its expandable panels give dogs and cats extra resting space, while the mesh design allows visibility and airflow. It is designed for car trips and air travel, with airline rules varying by carrier.

How does the carrier give a pet more room?

Unzip both side walls to open the two expansions and create extra space for your pet to turn around or lie down. The mesh lining lets your pet see you, a feature intended to help keep them calm. The additional space can be useful during car journeys and when the carrier is placed under an airplane seat.

• Two zipper doors provide access to the carrier.
• The expansion feature is designed to give older pets and pets with joint problems more room to settle.

How can I move the carrier through a trip?

The carrier attaches to its trolley for rolling transport and detaches when you want to use it as a regular soft-sided carrier. The wheels are removable and rotate 360 degrees; the handle retracts into the trolley.

• A padded, adjustable shoulder strap offers another way to carry the bag.
• A strap lets you secure the carrier to luggage, and side pockets hold small items.

Is this carrier designed for airline travel?

It is designed to fit under the front cabin seat on major airlines when the wheels are removed. Airline requirements differ, so confirm the carrier rules for your flight before travelling.

• For trolley setup, attach the bag to the outer bars using the underside fabric flaps and their Velcro closures.
• Wrap the rear buckle around the trolley bars and fasten it to secure the carrier.

What supports airflow and the carrier’s shape?

Mesh at the front and back, together with roof ventilation, allows air to circulate through the carrier. Wire framing supports the expandable side walls and helps prevent them from caving in when opened.

• The carrier fabric is nylon.
• The included components are the carrier, shoulder strap, trolley and wheels.

RUFF LIFE 101 suits pet owners who want a soft-sided carrier that can roll through travel stages, detach from its trolley and expand for a pet’s resting space. Its dimensions, removable wheels and two-sided expansion make it a travel carrier for dogs and cats, rather than a fixed-size carrier with no expansion.
