Resco’s Rotating Pin Comb is a metal grooming comb for detangling long-haired dogs and cats, with independently rotating teeth designed to glide through knots and light mats with less pulling.

• Independently rotating metal teeth — help move through tangles with less pulling.
• For dogs and cats with long coats — supports regular coat grooming and maintenance.
• Rounded tooth tips — help make combing more comfortable for your pet.
• Designed for knots and light mats — helps loosen tangles and separate fur.
• Corrosion-resistant teeth — made for regular grooming.

Long, thick, double, or easily tangled coats can take extra care during grooming. Resco’s rotating-tooth design is made for detangling and routine coat maintenance, helping make combing more comfortable for pets and more manageable for the person grooming them. The comb is suitable for both dogs and cats, with particular usefulness for coats that knot easily.

What is the Resco Rotating Pin Comb designed to do?

It is designed to loosen knots and light mats, remove loose hair, and help maintain long coats. As you comb, the teeth rotate independently, helping them glide through tangles rather than snagging like a traditional static comb. This can help reduce pulling on the coat while you work through problem areas.

• Made for detangling and dematting as part of coat care.
• Useful for maintaining long fur between grooming sessions.

Which pets and coat types is this comb suited to?

The comb is made for dogs and cats, especially those with long, thick, double, or tangle-prone coats. Its purpose is everyday grooming and coat maintenance, so it can be used as part of a regular grooming routine as well as when working through knots.

• Suitable for both feline and canine coats.
• Especially useful where long fur tangles easily.

How do the rotating teeth differ from a regular comb?

Each smooth metal tooth spins independently as the comb moves through the coat. That movement helps the teeth pass through tangles with less snagging than a traditional static comb. Rounded tips are designed to make combing more comfortable, while the metal teeth are corrosion-resistant for regular grooming.

• PF0667 is the Resco model number.
• Resco also makes guillotine-style nail clippers and show leads.

Resco’s Rotating Pin Comb suits pet owners grooming dogs or cats with long, thick, double, or easily tangled fur, and those looking for a comb for routine coat care as well as light dematting. Its rotating metal teeth are designed to work through tangles while helping reduce pulling on the coat.
