Raw Paws Himalayan Yak Chews for Small Dogs, 12-Count, Low-Odour

Raw Paws Himalayan Yak Chews are small yak-milk cheese treats made to satisfy dogs’ urge to chew and support oral hygiene, with 12 chews in each pack.

• Made with yak’s milk, lime juice and salt using a Nepali cheese-making recipe — a simple-ingredient chew without additives or preservatives.
• Lactose-free and gluten-free, with no cow’s milk — an option intended for dogs with sensitive stomachs or kidney issues.
• Chewing helps scrape away plaque and tartar buildup — supporting cleaner teeth, gums and fresher breath.
• Small chews for small dogs and puppies — made to meet their instinctive need to chew.
• Low odor and low mess — a more manageable chew for pets and their homes.
• Sourced from ethical farmers in Nepal and hand-inspected in the USA — with quality checks after production.

For small dogs, chewing can provide an outlet for natural chewing instincts and help occupy pets when they are bored or anxious. These yak cheese treats are made for that everyday chewing purpose, with a small size intended for small dogs and puppies.

What are Raw Paws Himalayan Yak Chews made from?

Each chew is made from yak’s milk, lime juice and salt, with no cow’s milk. Raw Paws uses a traditional Nepali method: the milk is boiled, then lime juice and salt are added to curdle it and form cheese. The resulting treats contain no unnatural ingredients.

• Yak-milk cheese is the base ingredient.
• The recipe uses lime juice and salt to form the cheese.
• The chews are rawhide-free.

Are these yak chews suitable for small dogs and puppies?

Yes, these are small chews made for small dogs and puppies. Their firm, long-lasting chew is intended to satisfy a dog’s urge to chew, and Raw Paws says it can stand up to aggressive chewers. The brand also presents them as a treat option for dogs with sensitive stomachs or kidney issues.

• Chewing can give dogs an activity when they feel bored or anxious.
• The chews are described as easily digestible.
• They are a treat, not a meal.

How can chewing support a dog’s oral hygiene?

As a dog chews, the treat can scrape plaque and tartar buildup from the teeth. This action is intended to support oral hygiene, healthy gums and fresher breath; it does not replace a dog’s regular oral-care routine.

• The oral-care benefit comes from the scraping action during chewing.
• Low odor and low mess make the treat convenient to offer at home.

Where are the chews sourced and checked?

Raw Paws sources the yak cheese from Nepal, working with ethical farmers, and hand-inspects the treats at its USA facility. Raw Paws Pet, Inc. says meeting customer expectations is a top priority.

• The cheese is produced in Nepal using a traditional local recipe.
• Hand inspection takes place at the company’s USA facility.

These chews suit people looking for a yak-milk treat for a small dog or puppy that enjoys a lasting chew, with oral-hygiene support and a low-odor, low-mess format. They are intended for small dogs and puppies rather than serving as a meal, and each pack contains 12 small yak cheese chews.
