Petmarket Stainless Steel Sifting Litter Box for Pine Pellets, 3-Layer System

Petmarket Stainless Steel Sifting Litter Box for Pine Pellets is a three-layer litter system designed to separate pine-pellet waste, with a 17.4 x 13.2 x 10 in (44.2 x 33.5 x 25.4 cm) footprint.

• Three-layer design with a stainless steel sifter and plastic baffle lid — helps contain splashes and urine leakage.
• Six-inch (15.2 cm) deep base tray — provides a lower entry point for kittens, small cats, and senior cats.
• One-inch (2.54 cm) slits in the sifting tray — let pine sawdust pass through for separation from pellets.
• Smooth, non-porous stainless steel surface — rinses and wipes clean without absorbing urine odor.
• Includes a sifting pan, storage pan, cleaning scoop, 20 pee pads, and one roll of litter liners — the matching essentials are supplied together.

Designed for homes using pine-pellet litter, this box combines sifting with a high-sided, overlapping structure to help manage digging mess and simplify waste removal. Its lower base tray makes entry easier for kittens, smaller cats, and senior cats, while the included liners and pads support routine cleanup.

Which litter works with the Petmarket sifting litter box?

The sifting tray is designed for pine-pellet litter. Its one-inch-wide gaps allow urine-soaked pine sawdust to separate from the pellets, making it easier to lift the sifting pan and collect waste in the pan below. For use with wood pellets, line the bottom base tray with a disposable litter liner before adding the pellets.

• Made for pine-pellet litter and wood pellets.
• Use a liner in the bottom tray before adding pellets.

How does the three-layer design help contain mess?

The assembled system has a total height of 10 in (25.4 cm) and pairs an overlapping plastic baffle lid with a metal sifter tray. The high sides are designed to block urine leakage and reduce litter scatter during digging. The base tray is 6 in (15.2 cm) deep, giving cats a lower step-in point than the full assembled height.

• Overlapping fit between the baffle lid and sifter tray.
• High-sided structure for splash and scatter control.

What is included, and how is the box cleaned?

The set contains one sifting pan, one storage pan, one cleaning scoop, 20 pee pads, and one roll of litter liners. To separate waste, lift the sifting pan so the waste drops into the bottom pan, then replace full pee pads or liners. The stainless steel surface is smooth and non-absorbent, so it can be rinsed and wiped for daily cleaning.

• Stainless steel construction with scratch-, stain-, and odor-resistant features.
• Matching scoop, pads, and liners are included.
