petivity At-Home Kidney Health Test for Dogs, 3 Pack, 2-Minute Saliva Test

Purina Petivity At-Home Kidney Health Test for Dogs is a three-pack of saliva tests that measures a kidney health marker in two minutes for routine monitoring between vet visits.

• Three-pack of at-home tests — keep kidney marker monitoring on hand for your dog.
• Measures urea in saliva — track a marker associated with kidney function.
• Two-minute test — get a reading quickly as part of your dog’s routine.
• Saliva-strip method instead of a urine sample — test without collecting urine.
• For dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, indoors or outdoors — use it with a wide range of dogs.

Petivity is made for dog owners who want information about a kidney health marker between veterinary visits. Regular testing can help you notice changes in urea levels and bring that information into a conversation with your veterinarian. It is an at-home monitoring tool, not a replacement for veterinary care or a way to diagnose or treat your dog.

What does the Petivity dog kidney test measure?

It measures urea in your dog’s saliva. Urea is a waste product formed when protein breaks down, and its level is a marker of kidney function. Elevated urea may signal kidney issues, so tracking changes can help you stay informed and discuss your dog’s kidney health with your vet.

• Designed to monitor a kidney health marker, rather than diagnose a condition.
• Information from testing can be discussed during veterinary visits.

How do you use the test, and how long does it take?

The test uses a saliva swab and a saliva testing strip; a urine sample is not needed. The measurement takes two minutes, and the test provides immediate guidance on next steps. Use that guidance to stay informed, while continuing regular veterinary visits.

• Saliva-based testing avoids collecting a urine sample.
• Intended for routine checks between vet visits.

Good to know: Petivity does not replace regular vet visits and is not intended to diagnose or treat your pet.

Which dogs is Petivity made for?

Petivity is intended for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, including indoor and outdoor dogs. The three-pack gives you multiple tests for ongoing monitoring; the product description does not set a particular testing schedule, so use it as part of your care routine between vet visits.

• Suitable across dog ages, sizes, and breeds.
• Purina purchase points are available through the myPurina app when you download the app and create an account.

This test is for dog owners who want a quick way to monitor a kidney health marker at home and have information to discuss with a veterinarian. It measures saliva urea in two minutes, while veterinary visits remain part of your dog’s care.
