Petinstinct Stainless Steel Cat Litter Box, Large 17.7 x 13.8 in, Open-Top Design

Petinstinct is an open-top stainless steel cat litter box for cats to dig and move comfortably, measuring 17.7 x 13.8 x 5.9 inches (45 x 35.1 x 15 cm).

• Open-top design — gives cats an alternative to an enclosed litter space.
• Polished stainless steel — cleans more easily than a traditional plastic litter box.
• Smooth, non-stick surface — helps litter slide away from the sides during cleaning.
• Four EVA anti-slip pads — help keep the box from shifting and protect floors from scratches.
• Multi-purpose metal pan — can also serve as a pet bathing tub or storage container.

A litter box needs to give a cat room to dig while remaining straightforward to clean as part of everyday care. Petinstinct’s open design suits single-cat homes and small to medium-sized cats, and its steel construction also makes the pan useful beyond litter-box duty.

Is this litter box a good fit for my cat?

Its open top and large standard pan are intended to give cats room to dig and move around without an enclosed space. The box is suited to single-cat households and small to medium-sized cats. The listed dimensions are 17.7 x 13.8 x 5.9 inches (45 x 35.1 x 15 cm), so compare them with the space available where you plan to place it.

• Open-top style, rather than an enclosed litter box.
• Designed for cats that need space to move while digging.

What makes the steel surface easier to clean?

The finely polished stainless steel has a smooth surface that helps litter slide down instead of clinging to the sides. The pan rinses with water, does not retain bad smells according to the product’s stated performance, and dries quickly. Compared with traditional plastic litter boxes, the material is presented as easier to clean and maintain hygienically.

• Polished surface helps reduce stuck-on litter residue.
• Steel construction is described as damage-resistant, with a lifespan exceeding three years.

Can the pan be used for other pets or purposes?

Yes. The stainless steel pan can also be used as a pet bathing tub or a metal storage container. Its steel material avoids the plastic chewing concern noted for pets such as rabbits, for whom chewing plastic can create a risk of accidental ingestion.

• Four EVA pads on the base help limit sliding, floor scratches, and accidental tipping.
• Finely polished edges provide a smooth touch when handling the pan for cleaning.

Petinstinct’s litter box is suited to cat owners looking for an open-top pan with a smooth steel surface, as well as households that value a container with uses beyond litter. It is sized for single-cat homes and small to medium-sized cats, with a stainless steel body, four EVA base pads, and an open design.
