MLONDHSU Large Turtle Basking Platform with Non-Slip Ramp and Two Height Settings

MLONDHSU Large Turtle Basking Platform is an aquarium dock designed to give turtles an elevated basking area, with a 10.8 in (27.4 cm) wide by 7.8 in (19.8 cm) deep platform and two height settings: 13 in (33 cm) and 10 in (25.4 cm).

• Designed for tanks over 12 in (30.5 cm) wide, including 25-, 29- and 40-gallon long tanks and 55-gallon tanks or larger — helps you assess tank fit.
• Four bottom and four side-glass suction cups — anchors the dock at the aquarium floor and side.
• Non-slip climbing ramp and drainage holes — support climbing and help prevent water from pooling on the platform.
• PVC pipe frame and legs with ABS mesh platform and ramp — create a structure that rinses clean with water.
• Simple acclimation steps using water level, treats, a basking lamp and UVB light — encourage a turtle to explore the new basking spot.

This dock gives a turtle a raised place to bask while keeping the climbing route connected to the aquarium water. Its two height options and stated tank-width guidance help you choose a setup that suits your aquarium, while the ramp and perforated surface address climbing and drainage.

Which aquariums can this turtle basking platform fit?

MLONDHSU Large Turtle Basking Platform is designed for standard turtle tanks wider than 12 in (30.5 cm). The listed examples include 25-, 29- and 40-gallon long tanks, as well as 55-gallon tanks and larger sizes. Compare your tank’s width with the stated minimum before positioning the dock.

• Platform footprint: 10.8 in (27.4 cm) wide by 7.8 in (19.8 cm) deep.
• Choose between the 13 in (33 cm) and 10 in (25.4 cm) height settings.

How does the ramp help turtles climb and bask?

The non-slip ramp gives turtles a climbing route from the water to the platform, and small holes in the platform help water drain instead of pooling. Together, these features create the intended raised basking area with a surface designed to drain.

• Four suction cups at the bottom of the legs attach to the aquarium’s bottom glass.
• Four additional suction cups grip the side glass.
• The dock is designed to remain steady as large, heavy turtles climb up and down.

What materials is the dock made from, and how do you clean it?

The frame and legs are made from PVC water pipe, while the platform and ramp use ABS mesh sheets. Rinse the platform and ramp with water to clean them.

• Keep the water level at least halfway up the ramp when helping a turtle adapt.
• Place a favorite treat, such as dried shrimp, on the platform to encourage exploration.
• Turn on both a basking lamp and UVB light during this introduction.

This platform suits turtle keepers looking for an elevated basking area with a ramp, two height choices and stated compatibility for tanks wider than 12 inches. It pairs a PVC pipe frame with an ABS mesh platform and ramp, secured by suction cups at the bottom and side glass.
