M2cbridge Reptile Hideout and Basking Platform, Moss Step Ledge B with Textured Rock Top

M2cbridge Moss Step Ledge B is a polyresin reptile and aquarium hideout designed to provide a climbable basking platform and an enclosed resting cave, with multiple openings for animals to move through.

• Eco polyresin construction — creates a nature-inspired rock hideout for an aquarium or habitat.
• Textured, simulated-rock top — gives reptiles a surface to climb and scratch on while basking.
• Smooth cave interior — provides a resting place inside the hideout.
• Multiple entrance and exit holes — allow animals to climb, slither, or swim through.
• Suitable for freshwater and saltwater aquariums — offers habitat use across both aquarium types.

This step ledge combines two useful habitat features: an elevated surface for reptiles that bask and a sheltered cave for resting. Its greenery and rock-inspired shape are made to create a lifelike look in a fish tank, while the openings also make it a swim-through or hiding spot for aquatic animals.

Does the ledge offer both a basking spot and a place to hide?

Yes. Reptiles such as geckos, bearded dragons, and turtles can climb onto the simulated-rock surface for sunbathing, then use the cave as a place to rest. The top has a rough texture that is convenient for scratching, while the inside is smooth.

• Raised top surface for climbing and basking.
• Enclosed cave for resting out of view.

Which animals can use the openings?

The hideout is designed for reptiles and amphibians, and it can also provide a swim-through or hiding place for axolotls, fish, and crustaceans such as crayfish and shrimp. Its several entrances and exits create different routes through the piece.

• Suitable for animals that climb, slither, or swim through openings.
• Greenery surrounds the rock-inspired form to create a lifelike tank setting.
