Cold, windy weather can make outdoor time less comfortable for dogs. This coat combines a fleece-lined vest with features for getting dressed, attaching a leash and making your dog more visible when light is low. It is made for indoor and outdoor activities, so you can use it as a warm layer at home or when heading outside.

How does the coat help in cold weather?

The water-resistant fabric, fleece lining and windproof vest design are made to help keep your dog warm outdoors. Its thick, soft fur collar adds coverage around the neck, while the turtleneck is designed to protect the neck in cold weather. Tighten or loosen the collar with its elastic drawstring to adjust how it sits and help keep out wind and snow.

Can I attach a leash to the coat?

Yes, two D-rings on the back can be used to attach a leash or a poop bag. A reflective strip on the neckline helps you locate your dog in the dark. Together, these details make the coat useful for outings when you want an attachment point on the garment and added visibility.

How is the coat put on and cared for?

The zipper runs along the back and is designed to reduce the chance of catching your dog’s hair while dressing. An elastic band across the abdomen is intended to avoid a restrictive feel, and the cuffs have thickened edges designed to be gentler when pulled. The coat is machine washable.
