Kensington Protective Products Horse Fly Mask, Kentucky Blue Medium, with Web Trim and Ear Openings

Kensington Protective Products Horse Fly Mask is designed to shield a horse’s eyes without covering its ears, using twin ear openings and double eye darts for added eye clearance.

• Durable web trim — helps the mask edges withstand regular use and horseplay.
• Double-locking hook-and-loop closure with an elastic throat strap — secures the mask without binding.
• Kentucky Blue, Medium — identifies the colour and size of this mask.
• Twin ear openings — suit horses that will not tolerate ear coverage.
• Eye shielding beyond fly season — offers an option when ocular protection is needed outside that season.

This mask is for horses that need eye shielding but do not tolerate covered ears. Its twin-hole design leaves the ears uncovered, making it useful for ocular protection outside fly season as well as for horses that need a mask without ear coverage. The Medium size and Kentucky Blue colour identify this version.

Does this horse mask cover the ears?

No. The Kensington Protective Products Horse Fly Mask has two ear openings, so it provides eye protection without covering the ears. This design is intended for horses that resist ear coverage, and the dual openings also create a more stable fit. Good to know: the ears remain uncovered, so this style is not intended for buyers seeking ear coverage.

• Two separate ear openings leave the ears exposed.
• The twin-hole design is made for a more stable fit.
• Eye shielding can be useful outside fly season.

How does the mask stay in place?

The Kensington Protective Products Horse Fly Mask combines a double-locking hook-and-loop closure with an elastic throat strap. Together, these parts are designed to keep the mask secure while allowing flexibility rather than binding. This closure setup is a key consideration for a horse that needs a mask held in place during wear.

• Double-locking hook-and-loop closure.
• Elastic throat strap.
• Flexible closure design intended to stay put without binding.

What details provide eye clearance and edge durability?

The Kensington Protective Products Horse Fly Mask has double eye darts to provide additional clearance around the eyes. Its durable web trim is designed for edges that face regular use or horseplay. These construction details address two areas buyers may consider when choosing a horse mask: room around the eyes and wear at the edges.

• Two eye darts provide additional eye clearance.
• Web trim is designed to stand up to regular use and horseplay.
• Kentucky Blue colour; Medium size.

This mask suits horse owners looking for eye shielding without ear coverage, including for ocular protection outside fly season. It is also a fit for buyers seeking a double-locking closure, elastic throat strap, added eye clearance and web-trimmed edges. Its defining combination is uncovered ears with eye protection and a flexible, secure closure.
