What are HOLI Elk & Venison treats made for?

They are made to reward dogs during training or outings, and can also be fed as a meal supplement. The bites are described as crunchy and meaty, with a texture soft enough for small dogs and puppies. HOLI also presents them as suitable for dogs with food sensitivities.

• Use them as training rewards or as a supplement to a meal.
• Keep them in a treat bag for training or hikes.

What meat do these freeze-dried dog treats contain?

Elk and venison make up the meat in a recipe that is 96% meat. HOLI says the elk is free range and the venison is wild caught; the animals feed on bushes, grass, and leaves. The brand describes this meat as leaner than meat from farm-raised, grain-fed animals.

• Vitamin and mineral fortified.
• Grain-free and identified as all natural.

Are these treats suitable for different dog sizes?

Yes. The cubes are presented as large enough to satisfy large dogs and soft enough for medium and small dogs, including puppies. For training, HOLI says professional trainers use the treats to get the attention of even stubborn dogs.

• Suitable for training rewards across dog sizes.
• The package contains 3 oz (85 g) of treats.

HOLI offers a satisfaction guarantee, with an exchange or refund if you are dissatisfied. Their 96% meat recipe and cubes suited to dogs of different sizes define their role as a versatile treat.
