• Microfiber suede with chew-resistant reinforcement — forms a protective barrier for recovery care.
• Lightweight 4 g collar with an adjustable Velcro closure — allows the fit to be adjusted around the neck.
• Designed to help limit licking, biting and scratching — supports wound care and protection from plucking.

Small pets may lick, bite or scratch an injured area, or pluck feathers while recovering. HIHETE’s soft collar is made for protective recovery care and can also be used during bathing or grooming. Its adjustable fastening lets you tailor the fit within the stated Medium neck range.

How does the collar help during recovery?

The collar creates a gentle barrier that helps keep a pet from reaching an area to lick, bite or scratch. It is intended for post-surgery recovery and injury care, including situations where a bird needs protection from feather plucking. The collar is made from microfiber suede and has chew-resistant reinforcement to withstand frequent biting and rubbing. Its light 4 g construction is designed for wear around a small pet’s neck.

• Made for a protective recovery environment while an injury heals.
• Can also be used during bath time and grooming sessions.

How do I choose the right fit?

Choose the Medium collar for a pet with a neck girth from 1.18 to 4.13 inches (3 to 10.5 cm). Measure your pet’s neck and compare it with this range; the Velcro closure adjusts the collar length for a closer fit. The size is suitable for cockatiels, sun conures, parakeets, adult lovebirds, adult big-head budgerigars and chickens. It can also be used for hamsters and other small animals when their neck measurement falls within the range.

• Adjust the Velcro fastening to suit the measured neck girth.
• The stated fit depends on neck size, so compare the measurement before use.

What is included, and which pets is it for?

The collar is easy to clean, making it practical for repeat use during recovery care, bathing or grooming. It is a neck-worn protective collar rather than a general garment.

• Four collars are included in the set.
• Suitable applications include injury care, post-surgery recovery, bathing and grooming.

This set suits caregivers of small birds or small pets who need a lightweight, adjustable barrier for recovery, wound protection or grooming.
