Hero Disc USA Hero Air 235 is a lightweight dog flying disc for active fetch and disc-dog practice, supplied as a two-disc blue pack with a 235 mm (9.25 in) diameter.

• Two blue discs in each pack — keep a pair ready for play or training.
• Each disc weighs roughly 103 g +/- 2 g — a lightweight option for throwing.
• Floats in water — retrieve it during water-based play.
• Made for soft-bite dogs — the flexible-feeling plastic suits gentler catches.

For dogs and handlers who want an outdoor disc for interactive exercise, the Hero Air 235 supports everyday toss-and-fetch as well as disc-dog practice. Its lightweight design and flight characteristics make it easy to throw and give dogs more time to catch.

What can dogs do with the Hero Air 235?

The Hero Air 235 is made for active toss-and-fetch, with use extending from casual play to training for competition. Its easy-to-throw design and glide help keep the disc in the air longer for a catch. The model is also permitted in disc-dog competitions in the United States.

• Designed for active play with a dog.
• Hero Airs and Hero Xtras are allowed in every competition in the United States.
• Permitted organizations include AWI, UFO, USDDN, IDDHA, FDDO, Skyhoundz and the Quadruped.

Is this disc suitable for dogs that bite hard?

The Hero Air 235 is intended especially for soft-bite dogs, although it can also be used with hard-bite dogs. Its plastic is soft and friendly to the bite, but the disc is not puncture resistant, so bite strength is an important consideration during play.

• Friendly grip and a soft feel are among the disc’s defining features.
• It is an active-play disc, not a chew toy.

How does the Hero Air 235 fly?

The Hero Air 235 is designed for a straight glide and reliable, consistent flight. These characteristics support throws for fetch and practice, while the disc’s lightweight construction makes it easy to throw. Its flight is intended to give dogs more time to make a catch.

• Made for throwing and catching with your dog.
• Suitable for casual toss-and-fetch and competition training.
