Gallopoff Mini Horse and Pony Turnout Sheet, 0g 1200D Waterproof

Gallopoff 1200D Mini Horse/Pony Blanket is a 0g turnout sheet made to keep minis dry outdoors, with a waterproof rip-stop outer shell and no added fill.

• 210 denier nylon lining — helps reduce rubbing and keeps hair, shavings, and straw from sticking inside.
• Adjustable double-buckle front with Velcro assist and belly cross surcingles — helps hold the sheet securely during turnout.
• Extended shoulder gussets — allow greater freedom of movement in the paddock.
• Reinforced stress points and rust-free stainless steel hardware — provide reinforced construction at key areas and rust-free fittings.
• Adjustable, detachable leg straps and a tail cover — help limit shifting and add protection from moisture.

Wet and rainy turnout can call for a weather barrier without the extra insulation of a filled blanket. This no-fill sheet is made for mini horses and ponies spending time outdoors or in paddocks when the goal is to keep rain off without trapping too much heat.

What weather is the Gallopoff turnout sheet designed for?

Its rip-stop poly outer shell is waterproof, windproof, and breathable for outdoor turnout in wet conditions. The 0g construction has no extra fill, so it blocks rain without adding blanket insulation that may hold too much heat.

• Made for use in paddocks and outdoors.
• The breathable shell combines weather protection with airflow.

How does the blanket stay in place during turnout?

The adjustable front closure, belly cross surcingles, and leg straps help secure the sheet on a mini horse or pony. Extended shoulder gussets give the shoulders more room to move, while the leg straps can be adjusted or detached to suit the setup.

• The front has two heavy-duty buckles with a Velcro assist.
• Cross surcingles sit beneath the belly.

What details help with comfort and coat protection?

A 210 denier nylon lining is designed to help prevent rubbing and keep the coat shiny. Its smooth surface also helps stop hair, shavings, and straw from clinging to the inside. A micro-fleece wither adds a protective layer at the withers, and the tail cover provides extra coverage from moisture.

• Stress points are reinforced to help prevent tears.
• All hardware is made from rust-free stainless steel.

This sheet suits owners of mini horses and ponies looking for an unfilled turnout layer for rainy or wet conditions, with adjustable features for paddock use. Its waterproof, breathable shell and 0g design make it a rain barrier without added insulation.
