EatingBiting’s double-compartment fighting fish isolation box is a compact plastic aquarium for ornamental fish, measuring 19 × 9 × 14 cm and holding about 1.8 litres.
This small isolation box is made for keeping ornamental fish in a compact aquarium, with a divided layout designed for Betta housing. Its plastic construction is intended to be durable and sturdy. The product is also suitable for shrimp and clownfish, giving it use beyond Betta setups. Its compact size and divided arrangement make it suited to a dedicated small-scale fish-housing setup rather than a large aquarium.
Yes, the removable divider separates the tank into two compartments so you can house up to two Bettas in the same aquarium without placing them together in one compartment. Bettas are naturally combative, so the divider keeps them apart. It has built-in slits to allow water flow between the compartments, and it can be taken out completely when you want one larger space for a single Betta.
The kit includes a filter grid, waste-absorbing Pro-V Crystals and two plastic plants. These components are placed in the tank as part of the setup, alongside dechlorinated water. The box weighs 292 g, and its capacity is about 1.8 litres, giving you a compact enclosure with the listed setup pieces.
Wash all components with warm water only, then spot-dry them with a clean towel or rag. Place the filter grid, crystals and plants in the tank, and fill it with dechlorinated water. About once a week, or as needed, open the bottom water-release cap to drain about 20% of the water, then refill with dechlorinated water.
It is made for ornamental fish and is suitable for Bettas, shrimp and clownfish. For Betta use, the divider supports separate housing in one tank, while removing it gives a single Betta more room within the box. The transparent plastic construction lets you view the fish, and the divider’s opaque and see-through sides give you options for managing visibility between compartments.
This box is a fit for fish keepers who want a compact ornamental-fish enclosure with the option to separate two Bettas or use one open compartment. It is designed for small-scale housing, with a 1.8-litre capacity and a removable divider.
