Travelling with a small animal can mean balancing visibility, ventilation and a practical way to carry essentials. This backpack is made for trips when you want your pet enclosed while still able to look out, whether you are heading to a veterinary appointment, spending time outdoors or going about a daily outing. Its space-capsule design combines a clear front view with mesh openings and a portable backpack format.

Can my pet see outside, and how does air circulate?

Yes. The transparent bubble window gives your pet a view of the surroundings, a feature designed to help reduce anxiety during travel. Five vents at the front and top sides, along with an opening mesh window, allow air to pass through the carrier and are intended to help prevent overheating.

• Clear bubble-style viewing window.
• Mesh pocket for carrying snacks or a water cup.
• Ventilation openings across the front and top sides.

Which small pets can use this backpack, and how do I check the fit?

The carrier is intended for hedgehogs, rabbits, birds, squirrels, hamsters, lizards and other small animals that are an appropriate size. Its listed dimensions are 11.8 x 8.2 x 12.6 inches (30 x 20.8 x 32 cm); compare your pet’s space needs with these measurements when choosing a carrier. The interior is described as spacious for suitable small pets, but fit depends on the animal.

• Made for size-appropriate small animals rather than a single species.
• Use the carrier for vet visits, outdoor adventures or daily outings.
• For carrying, choose between the backpack straps and the top handle.

What makes it practical to carry and clean?

The backpack uses PC and Oxford cloth, with water-resistant fabric for daily use. Padded shoulder straps and an adjustable chest strap are designed to ease carrying pressure; the straps are also described as sweat-absorbing. A top handle gives you another way to carry it for a quick trip. The removable interior cushion can be washed to help keep the inside clean.

• Reinforced zippers and sturdy stitching.
• Lightweight design for portability.
• Remove the interior cushion for washing.

The Dotala Small Animal Carrier suits people taking a size-appropriate small pet on short outings or regular trips who want a visible, ventilated carrier with backpack and hand-carry options. Its measured interior, viewing window, mesh openings and washable cushion make it a practical choice for carrying small animals while keeping their travel space visible and easier to clean.
