CleverTail’s metal cage muzzle is intended for supervised activities such as nail trims, veterinary visits and grooming, as well as times when preventing scavenging is important.

What is the CleverTail muzzle designed for?

How do I check whether the muzzle will fit?

Measure your dog’s snout before choosing this muzzle: the fit guide calls for a circumference of 13 inches (33.02 cm) and a length around 4 inches (10.16 cm). Compare both measurements with your dog’s snout to help assess fit.

• Compatible breeds include German Shepherd, Husky and Belgian Malinois.
• Also intended for Golden Retriever, Doberman, Collie and other large-breed dogs.

What is it made from, and how does it stay in place?

The muzzle combines a polished steel basket with genuine leather straps. The adjustable straps are designed to hold it securely and resist easy removal, so you can adjust the placement for your dog.

• Metal wire-cage basket construction.
• Adjustable leather strap design.

CleverTail’s muzzle is suited to owners of large dogs who need a basket-style option for supervised grooming, veterinary care, nail trims or managing scavenging. Its steel basket, adjustable leather straps and stated snout measurements make it a fit-guided muzzle for these handling situations.
