What is Canine Caviar Special Needs dry dog food made to support?

It is formulated to support digestion, skin and coat condition, and a dog’s natural pH balance. The brand’s alkaline-diet approach is intended to support the body’s normal functions, and the recipe may help settle digestive upset and reduce itching, scratching, shedding, and hot spots. These are supportive nutrition claims, not a promise to treat a medical condition.

For skin and coat support, the formula includes flaxseed and fishmeal, which provide omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. The product description also identifies support for weight management and the needs of senior dogs.

• Made for dogs prone to sensitive digestion or dietary sensitivities.
• Formulated to support skin, coat, and digestive health.
• Alkaline nutrition is intended to support natural pH balance.

Flash cooking is used to help retain vitamins, minerals, and natural flavor. Herbs and botanicals are added to the recipe for broader nutritional support. Together, these choices distinguish the food through its ingredient approach and cooking method rather than through an added artificial color or chemical preservative.
