Canine Caviar Leaping Spirit Venison Dry Dog Food, 2 kg Limited-Ingredient Recipe

Canine Caviar Leaping Spirit is a limited-ingredient dry dog food for all life stages, made with venison as its single protein and pearl millet as its carbohydrate source in a 4.4 lb bag.

• One animal protein and one complex carbohydrate — a simple recipe for dogs with dietary sensitivities.
• Formulated for all life stages — one recipe for dogs at different life stages.
• Alkaline, pH-balanced nutrition — designed to support a dog’s naturally slightly alkaline pH.
• Gluten-free and made without GMOs, artificial colors, or preservatives — fewer of these ingredients in the recipe.
• Flash-cooked with herbs and botanicals — a preparation process intended to help retain vitamins, minerals, and natural flavor.

Choosing food can be more complicated when a dog has a sensitive stomach, food sensitivities, or itchy skin, ears, or paws. Leaping Spirit keeps its featured protein and carbohydrate sources straightforward, while its alkaline formulation and preparation process give buyers specific details to consider when selecting a dry food.

What are the main ingredients in Leaping Spirit?

Venison is the single protein, and pearl millet is the complex carbohydrate in this limited-ingredient recipe. That focused ingredient structure is intended for dogs that do better with a simpler diet, including dogs prone to food sensitivities. The formula is also gluten-free.

• Venison is the recipe’s only animal protein.
• Pearl millet supplies its complex carbohydrate source.
• The recipe is made without fillers or mystery ingredients.

What does the alkaline formula support?

Canine Caviar formulates Leaping Spirit to support a dog’s natural pH balance, which the brand describes as slightly alkaline. The food is designed to support overall body-system function as part of the dog’s daily diet; it is not a treatment for a health condition. The brand also positions the recipe as supporting healthy skin, coat, and digestion.

• Made for dogs with sensitive stomachs or dietary sensitivities.
• Intended to support skin and coat health, including for dogs with itchy skin, ears, or paws.
• Balanced alkaline nutrition is the stated basis for its digestion and whole-body support claims.

How is this dry dog food prepared?

The recipe uses flash cooking, a process intended to help retain vitamins and minerals while preserving natural flavor. It is also enhanced with herbs and botanicals for whole-body support. The formula contains no artificial colors or preservatives and is made without GMOs.

• Flash cooking is the stated preparation method.
• Herbs and botanicals are included in the recipe.
• The available package size is 4.4 lb.

Which dogs is Leaping Spirit made for?

This food is formulated for all life stages and is intended for dogs whose owners want a limited-ingredient, single-protein recipe. Its venison-and-pearl-millet combination may be especially relevant for dogs prone to dietary sensitivities or with sensitive digestion. The package contains dry dog food; no feeding amounts or transition instructions are provided here, so use the dog’s individual needs when planning meals.

• Designed for dogs at all life stages.
• Made with one protein source rather than multiple animal proteins.
• Packaged as a 4.4 lb quantity of dry food.

Leaping Spirit is suited to dog owners looking for a focused venison-and-pearl-millet recipe, particularly when a limited-ingredient approach is a priority. Its all-life-stage formulation also suits households seeking one dry food recipe for dogs at different stages of life. It combines a single protein and carbohydrate source with an alkaline formulation and flash-cooking process.
