Burt's Bees for Pets Double-Sided Pin & Hemp Bristle Dog Brush is a two-sided grooming brush for removing tangles and loose hair, with rounded pins on one side and hemp bristles on the other.

• Rounded pins and hemp bristles — switch between detangling and smoothing with one brush.
• Made with bamboo and recycled materials — combines these materials in a single grooming tool.
• For short- and long-haired dogs — helps remove mats and loose hair from the coat.
• Pack of 24 — supplies 24 brushes for grooming use.
• Designed for small dogs and puppies — suits smaller canine companions.

Regular brushing can help lift outdoor dirt and debris from a dog's coat while tending to tangles and shedding hair. This brush brings two grooming tasks together: working through knots and debris, then smoothing the coat. Its two sides also let you choose a brushing approach for the coat's needs, whether you are grooming as part of a daily routine or addressing tangles as they arise.

What does each side of the brush do?

The rounded-pin side helps work through tangles, knots, dirt, dander, and mats, while the hemp-bristle side removes loose shedding hair and smooths the topcoat. Together, the two surfaces are designed to leave the coat feeling soft and looking smooth, with shine. Use the pin side when knots or debris need attention, and the bristle side to finish the coat.

• Rounded pins target knots and tangles in the fur.
• Hemp bristles help smooth the topcoat and lift loose hair.
• The two-sided design combines detangling and coat-smoothing functions.

How should I brush my dog with it?

Brush in the direction the fur grows, moving from the skin outward and from the front of your dog toward the back. Use the hemp-bristle side daily and turn to the pin side as needed for tangles. This sequence provides a straightforward routine: smooth the coat with regular brushing and use the pins for areas that need knot removal.

• Work from the front of the dog toward the back.
• Brush from the skin outward, following the direction of fur growth.
• Use the hemp-bristle side daily; use the pin side when needed.
