Beggin' Strips are made for rewarding adult dogs between meals, whether you are offering a small treat during the day or breaking a strip into pieces for a smaller dog. Treats are not a complete meal, so feeding guidance includes both a daily treat limit and adjustments to your dog’s regular food.

What are Beggin' Strips treats made for?

Beggin' Strips are dog treats intended for adult dogs, not a meal replacement. Their bacon flavor and aroma make them an option for treat time, and the strip texture is easy to chew. The Fun Size version has 7 calories per strip, a useful number to include when tracking treats as part of your dog’s daily calories.

• Feed as a treat to adult dogs.
• Keep calories from treats at or below 10% of your dog’s total daily calorie requirement.
• Reduce the amount of regular food accordingly when giving treats.

How much should I feed my dog?

Feed 2 treats for each 5 pounds of your adult dog’s body weight, with a maximum of 10 treats per day. The treats should remain a limited part of the daily diet rather than replacing a meal. Monitor your dog to make sure each treat is chewed adequately before swallowing; break treats into small pieces for adult small and toy breed dogs.

• Provide fresh water daily in a clean container.
• For your pet’s health, arrange regular veterinary visits.
