Cold-weather walks can leave a dog’s body exposed, especially around the legs, neck and abdomen. This coat is made for dogs that need added coverage outdoors in cold conditions, with a fleece inner layer and a water-resistant exterior. Its sizing guidance applies to small, medium and large dogs, so the key step is measuring your individual dog rather than choosing by size label alone.

What coverage and warmth does the coat provide?

The coat combines a polar fleece inner layer with a water-resistant outer layer for cold-weather wear. Its four-legged design covers the body, while an elastic section at the abdomen helps keep the coat close to your dog. The neckline has thick, soft faux-fur lining, and an adjustable elastic cord lets you adjust the opening around the neck.

• The neckline is designed to help protect your dog’s ears and head in cold weather.
• Reflective strips on the back add visibility during night walks.

How should I choose a size?

Measure your dog’s back length and chest girth, then choose a size using both measurements. Measure chest girth around the widest part of the ribcage; the coat is intended for small, medium and large dogs, including large dogs.

• Use a soft tape measure for both measurements.
• Compare your dog’s measurements with the size options rather than relying on the breed or size label.

How does the coat fasten and work with a harness?

A zipper along the back makes the coat easier to put on, and a buckle helps stop the zipper from sliding down. A protective zipper guard helps prevent fur or skin from being caught as you fasten it. Two D-rings are provided for incorporating a harness type when walking your dog.

• The zipper is positioned on the back.
• The D-rings support the coat’s harness-ready design.

This coat is suited to dog owners seeking cold-weather body coverage, a fleece lining and a design that accommodates harness use. Measuring both the back and chest helps match the coat to your dog, while the four-legged cut and adjustable neckline provide coverage across more of the body. It is a fleece-lined, water-resistant dog coat with four-legged coverage and two D-rings.
