Fish need places to hide and rest as well as open areas to move through. ALEGI’s rock cave decor is designed to add those sheltered spaces while giving shrimp and cichlids a cave arrangement intended for hiding and breeding. Its stackable form also lets you shape the aquarium layout around the space available, rather than relying on one fixed arrangement.

What can fish use these aquarium caves for?

The caves provide hiding and resting spaces, and the set is intended for shrimp and cichlids that need sheltered areas in the tank. The openings also let aquatic pets move through the structures, creating an area for exploration and play. The cave arrangement can add visual depth to an aquarium’s underwater landscape.

• Designed for hiding and breeding use.
• Provides resting spots as well as places to pass through.
• Adds structure and visual depth to the aquarium layout.

Can I arrange the cave decor to suit my aquarium?

Yes. The ceramic hideouts can be stacked and arranged in different layouts to suit the size and shape of your aquarium. This makes it possible to create a layout for a small aquarium or a larger tank, using the available space to form a distinctive cave structure.

• Arrange the pieces in a layout that works with your tank’s footprint.
• Stack the caves to create a more layered structure.
• Use the arrangement to shape both sheltered areas and routes through the decor.

What is the cave decor made from, and how do I clean it?

ALEGI makes the hideouts from ceramic, described as durable and eco-friendly, to create a safe living space for aquatic pets. To maintain the decor, gently wipe it clean. This simple care method helps keep the pieces in their original condition without adding a complicated cleaning routine.

• Ceramic material forms the cave structures.
• Gentle wiping is the stated cleaning method.
• The decor is intended for aquarium use with aquatic pets.

This set suits aquarium keepers who want to add structured hiding and resting areas for shrimp or cichlids, along with openings that support exploration. It is also a fit for people who want to arrange their aquarium decor around the tank’s shape instead of using a fixed layout. Its ceramic caves combine flexible stacking with spaces designed for aquatic pets to hide, rest and move through.
