Will the Small vest fit my dog?

Yes, the Small size is designed for dogs with a 19–25 in (48.3–63.5 cm) girth. Measure around your dog’s chest and compare the measurement with this range before choosing the size. Adjustable straps let you fine-tune the fit within the size range.

• Choose by girth rather than a dog’s general size label.
• This vest is the Small option in a range that includes multiple sizes.

How does this harness help with handling?

The molded handle gives you a close-control point, and the vest has two D-rings for optional leash or bridge-handle attachment. These features are designed to help manage dogs that pull and maintain closer control during walks or training.

• Use the handle for an additional point of control.
• The D-rings provide attachment points for a leash or bridge handle.

What supports comfort and visibility?

Form-fitted padding and a breathable Air-Tech mesh lining are designed for comfortable wear, including in warmer climates. Reflective trim adds visibility, and the vest includes two service animal patches.

• The patch design may read “Service Dog” or “Service Dog Do Not Pet.”
• Reflective trim is a visibility feature for walks in low light.

How do I put the vest on?

Adjust the straps to fit your dog, then use the quick-release buckles to secure or remove the vest. The handle offers an additional way to guide your dog once the harness is fitted.

• Quick-release buckles support easy on-and-off use.
• Suitable activities include K9 training and daily walks.

ActiveDogs Service Dog Vest suits handlers seeking an adjustable, small-size service dog harness with a control handle, attachment points, identification patches, and reflective trim.
